Marriage evening, therefore fixed menu, all great from the beat to the knife with drops of aioli, lemon powder and black truffle, superb the roasted octopus with purple potato cream, but in absolute the porcini mushrooms trifolati, egg clutch and parmesan foam. Excellent first: risotto with scallops and pink prawns. I have tasted as the second is the bonnet and the ombry, all perfect. I did not miss the dishes that were served at the adjacent tables with a single goal to return early to try them. Bravi sees everyone's passion to make you feel good. I forgot the wine list is complete for every need.

The second time I'm leaving and I have to return it. The location is beautiful, well maintained, studied by the owner and staff. The cellar and paper are wonderful, with an infinite choice and for all tastes (and wallet). The food is spectacular, with true Piedmontese flavors, in a slightly more modern key. Finally the service is beautiful, attentive and kind. Congratulations to anyone you work in this place.

We went Sunday evening for Tuttomele, not by chance the menu was based on apples as every year on the occasion of this event. All very good wines included, impeccable service. The only stunned note, there were several flies inside the club and in a restaurant it's just not the best. However the vote is very positive Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
