Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - Cayce

I absolutely love this place, but yesterday, on 10/13/23, they had a Friday the 13th deal where you could buy one dozen donuts at regular price and get another dozen for $0.13 - a great deal. However, when I bought two dozen, it was clear that those donuts were not made as usual or were not fresh at all. After eating one donut, I was disappointed that it did not taste the same as usual. The icing seemed to have not been mixed or stirred long enough and the donuts were overcooked. I believe this may have been due to the high volume of customers that day. Despite this, I will be returning today, 10/14/23, to exchange the donuts. I do not want my money back, but I would appreciate receiving fresher donuts that were not rushed in the making process. Thank you in advance, and you guys are still the best.

I am not a fan of doughnuts, but watching them being made is pretty cool.

I'm not sure why, but they always seem to be out of strawberry icing donuts.

Still great donuts, but the prices are too crazy to get them very often!

Nice clean place. Friendly staff and fresh hot donuts. They were so good.
