Jollibee - Cebu City

I ordered 3 buko pies, but they delivered 3 peach mango pies to me. They included contact information on the online app where I ordered the food, but they did not respond when I tried to contact them to exchange the wrong item. This has happened before. I understand that people get tired, but please double-check the items before sending them to customers. I woke up at 3 o'clock just to order this because I am pregnant and craving it, and this is what I received.

We drove through the drive-thru this morning and I ordered the breakfast joyful joy. When I arrived at my office, I discovered that they gave me the wrong order. I even asked the woman if everything was okay and she said yes. I was very frustrated with the service because I was already very hungry and it turns out they gave me the wrong order. I suggest that the management have their employees repeat the order before giving it to the customer to prevent this kind of incident.

My daughter ordered three tuna pies and a burger for online delivery. She was informed that her order would be delivered within 45 minutes. However, after an hour had passed, she checked on her order and was told by a customer service representative that her phone number was incorrect and the order amount was high. We waited patiently for her order only to be given this excuse? You made us wait and then you make up a story? My daughter provided her correct phone number and we did not receive any calls on her phone...dishonest service staff!

That is a typical jollibee. stressed oversorked personal and they look it out. the menu looks good in lighter, but fair when u it. in the hot soggy or boiled chips in cheap oil. Tomato cup is filipino sweet its a necessary taste hehehehehehehe. the serviettes are tiny...not-filipinos eould need 2 of all. I would avoid most Western food frogs and all filipinos asife from mang inasal. chicken meat

I ordered online this 6 p.m. but it didn't arrive so I checked my e-mail to see that the order was cancelled because they couldn't call my telephone.I called the hotline to order again and the person who helped me was really nice and the...customer service was quicker than I had expected due to experiences with other fast food chain deliveries.I wish they had all the items on the menu next time,especially drinks.
