Sunburst Fried Chicken Gen Max Mango

The food was absolutely delicious. The fried chicken was fantastic, reminiscent of the Southern-style fried chicken from House of Lasagna. I only tried a bite of my sister's dish, but it was enough to know that it was delightful. I ordered the chicken ala king, and it was a generous portion, packed with lots of vegetables and chicken. I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish it, but I did—it was that good. If you're heading to Cebu, this restaurant is a must-visit. You won't be disappointed!

Rating this restaurant 3.8 stars seems unfairly low. I didn't read any other reviews, so perhaps there's been a change in chefs, but this place really delivers. The food is outstanding – definitely some of the best comfort food we've experienced. Thank you for a wonderful dinner! The atmosphere is great—very casual and relaxed.

One of Cebu's best restaurants. During this pandemic, they also have outdoor option, this means they allow kids unvaccinated) people to dine.

Still delicious chicken and tenderloin. If only they have a branch near my place (Lapu-lapu .. I would surely eat every week at Sunburst. :
