Good customer service, love frozen hot chocolate and donuts

I really like Dunkin' overall as a place to get coffee and a breakfast snack. Food quality is consistent and the staff friendly. They also do a great job of quickly getting through long drive thru lines. My only knock is that I think their black coffee could be a bit stronger for better overall flavor. If in season, I highly recommend the pumpkin donut holes.

I was craving a donut and figured that Dunkin' Donuts would be the perfect choice. I ended up having the best donut I've had in months!

The woman at the counter was extremely kind! My plumber accidentally bumped into me and knocked over my drink, but she quickly gave me a replacement. I love Dunkin' even more because of her! Highly recommend!

The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Even though I was quite busy, my meal arrived in a short amount of time.
