Bidra med feedbackThe only advice I have is to double-check your order if you’re getting takeout. I've had a few mistakes with my orders in the past, but they didn't warrant a complaint. However, this time, they got everything wrong. My XT Chicken Burrito tasted more like a veggie burrito slathered in double sour cream. I submitted my complaint online and completed the survey, but all I received in return was a coupon for a free drink. Very disappointing.
I am giving this restaurant a one-star rating. My friends and I arrived at 9:41 PM, ready to place our dinner orders. However, we were informed that they were only serving what was already on display. I expressed my disbelief, suggesting that they could open fresh inventory for just an additional 15 minutes of service, but this idea was clearly off the table, which was quite disappointing. If Chipotle is concerned about wasting just two pints of food each night, then whoever made that decision is misguided; the potential revenue from those orders would have been a much wiser choice. Alternatively, they could consider keeping smaller quantities or half-container items in stock to better serve their customers. It’s all about supply and demand. Come on, executives—you need to do better.
I had a fantastic experience! I ordered a chicken quesadilla with three sides using the app, and it was ready in no time. My order was accurate, with everything included and no problems at all. The staff member I spoke to was friendly and courteous. Both the bathroom and the restaurant were clean and well-stocked.
Chipotle.. My experience was not good this time. When I usually get my food here, everything is usually good for me. But this time it was not because, there was hair in my food. I don't like that at all, because once I see something like that it ruins my appetite.
We arrived at Chipotle at 930p to find out that rice and steak was out. After telling the first few people in line that was out, the rest of us was left wondering what was going on. All the while the restaurant was being cleaned, the grill was being cleaned, and the area around the food was being wiped around while there was still food in the containers. When I asked what was going on, I was told that they were out of rice and the rice was being prepared and would be ready in 10 minutes. Steak was also being prepared on the grill and would be a while. I was really disappointed with the functioning of the restaurant with more than 30 minutes left before closing. If you are advertising to be open til 10 then food needs to be prepared and ready for the customers that come in to spend our money.
