Harris -b-que - Cedar Hill

Three weeks ago, I got up at 4 AM and drove three hours to Snows BBQ in Lexington, which is said to be the best barbecue in Texas and has even caught the attention of Gordon Ramsay. After waiting for two hours in a lawn chair, I found their brisket and a few other dishes to be somewhat disappointing, especially since I've been a long-time fan of Harris, which sets a high standard. Given that, I think Snows deserves better ratings. My only suggestion would be to stock up on potatoes—please don’t run out so early!

Everything was real good. They even got the potato salad and cole slaw right!!!

The barbecue is fantastic, and the portions are generous! I'll definitely be returning!

Best BBQ joint j have been to in quite a while. Great food and great friendly customer sevice. Felt like j was eating with family. Would highly recommend the Brisket, it was heavenly. The ribs were also very good, great flavor and very moist. Pinto beans with brisket in them, and potato salad were all delicious. Will be back. Amazing food.
