The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the smoothies are fantastic. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place that offers high quality without breaking the bank. The staff is very friendly as well.

Tropical Smoothie is fantastic, but I’ve had a frustrating experience with their delivery. I ordered their amazing edible strawberry straws through different apps, but unfortunately, I haven’t received them in my last four orders despite paying extra. It feels like I’m missing out on something special that I expected to enjoy. I'm really disappointed, as this seems to have happened to others too. This will be my last try, and I hope they can improve on this issue.

I first thought this place was only smoothies, but the food is amazing. I have tried salad, wraps and flat bread and all have been fresh and great. The only downside is the only thing you can drink is a smoothie. I wish they had some soft drink or choices.

I recently learned about this restaurant from a coworker who often brought me lunch from there. The food and smoothies are fantastic, so I decided to stop by tonight to see for myself. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. I watched as my drinks were prepared and then left on the counter while the staff went to the back to chat and laugh. After waiting for a while, I had to make it clear that I was a paying customer still waiting for my order, at which point they finally brought my drinks out. The overall atmosphere felt careless and unprofessional, and to top it off, the smoothies were bland. I don't usually write reviews, but I believe this place has the potential to do better. I hope this was just a rare off night for the staff because the menu looks promising. I'm giving it two stars because I know they can improve; sadly, this experience fell short.

Disappointed to say the least.. I always come to this location because it is quick convenient, but last night was not the case. I ordered sat at one of the tables to wait, while I did the employee mopped completely around my feet as if I wasn't sitting there. I got my food continued to wait for my smoothies which she then brought out handed them to a different person, another friend just visiting chatting. I finally stood up waited closer to the counter they laughed about how they accidentally gave them to their friend after I had waited way longer than I should have, because they left the floor to go hang out in the back. Definitely should have a discussion with your staff to fix this, because I do not feel comfortable returning to a location that treats their customers as if they could not care less.
