Kfc - Cedar Rapids

I accidentally ordered a number 2 but received a number 1 instead. The quality was disappointing. The potatoes had no flavor and were gray and watery. The gravy didn’t have the seasoning it used to. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had there. I'll probably only go back a few times a year for a bite to eat.

I waited for fresh wings, and then they served me this—just 5 small pieces of a delicate combo for $10.99.

I can't give a rating because it requires at least one star; otherwise, I would have rated it zero. The restaurant used old oil, which resulted in a terrible smell and left a bad taste in the food. Additionally, the management was poor, as they were unable to replace or repair my meal. I noticed that the staff at KFC walked right past my children, who are only 4 and 5 years old. Ultimately, I ended up throwing the food away and ate on the subway with my family instead. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place, and I’m 100% certain that anyone who tries it will regret it!

I got in and out during lunch in 15 minutes. order was just that eating was hot. quite decent for kfc

Would give zero stars if I could, food was terrible tasted like the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp for days.. it was so dry. costumer service was as bad as the chicken, the guy in drive through was very rude.
