Wendy's - Cedar Rapids

Do not visit this restaurant. Spent 29 minutes waiting in the drive-thru - need I say more?

It would be great if they opened at 6:30. I have tried to visit this restaurant three times, but unfortunately, they were not open yet.

The staff at the restaurant were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our meals were served hot and fresh.

Unfortunately the service was slow. my man and I went through the drive-thru and it took us to wait for almost 20 minutes sitting there. it may have been a few customers with larger orders, but when we went into the window, the hired were nice for the biggest part, but they definitely forgot to give us a few things that we had asked, like salt and ketchup, what happens when we were there. it was good, but not sloppy and thrown together, which almost wait completely worth it. it was also hot and fresh.

I stopped for a chocolate frosty. The drive through was slow, but when I got up to the window to pay, the staff there were still very courteous.Because of their good customer service I will continue to stop here for delicious chocolate frostys.
