Wendy's - Cedar Rapids

They do not have enough personal so the service is a little slow. they also made my order wrong and forgotten my drink.

I was immediately and politely helped with this wendy’s. the interieur has a fantastic, fun, stylish atmosphere to relax with a T.V and lounge area and to wait for it in comfort. I recommend that wendy’s.

This location on the 42nd street ne has been having chronic problems with personalization for years. eating is not hot. it takes too long to order them, the ice machine is much down to get a frosty when it is hot. they do not turn their signs and turn around. I was disappointed with my last visit there again with everything that is in order.

Eating is still good, but they have to set up signs that only say that the drive is open. I saw at least three people trying the doors while we were in the drive-thru line after we found the doors locked.

Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to and the food and service garbage on top that. I honestly don't know how this location is still open. I've ordered a pizza and got it faster than this.
