So...just to make this review hit, let me start off by saying that me and my companions travel all over the world and food plays a huge part in our lives. Live to eat... not eat to live! I cook everything from down home heaven to 3 star bliss. Absolutely EVERYTHING I cook will be better than anything I 'll find in the world. It 's hand tailored to my liking ‍. The reason we eat out is not to find better food but to experience others tastes! You never know... you may just find a dimond in the rough, and that 's exactly what we found here!! THE FOOD: Simple yet fresh and amazing! The crust on the pizza was top notch, light, fluffy and a clean flavor. Fast yet an enticing wait good thing . Is it the BEST pizza you 've ever had?! Probably not but it 's amazing none the less! To us it 's not just about the food yet the entire interaction and they have it all! THE ATMOSPHERE: Quiet but just the right amount of interaction. A little dark and warm ac issues yesterday yet the kitchen in full swing brightens it up. THE SERVICE: some of the best you will ever get!!! The staff is a well oiled machine and we loved hearing all the communication between them making this place what it is!!! My one piece of advice, if I may, add fresh basil to the menu!!!! We will DEFINITELY be back soon even though it 's a 5hr round trip for us! P.S.
