The person taking orders exhibited a terrible attitude, and the cashier appeared to be under the influence. The new Garlic Guajillo Steak was disappointing; it was more reminiscent of jerky than tender meat.
I've visited this restaurant several times in the past month, and each time I found out they're only accepting digital orders. This isn't mentioned anywhere, and it honestly makes no sense. It's quite frustrating; you have a storefront—why not use it?
I was waiting in line for some white rice when a fresh batch came out, and we were excited to get our order. However, the employee suddenly announced to everyone that they were out of white rice. When I pointed out the fresh batch right in front of us, she replied that it was reserved exclusively for web orders because it was their last batch of the night, even though they still had two hours until closing. Frustrated, we decided to leave without ordering anything.
These guys were awesome. Best customer service I've had at a Chipotle. We will be back.
For the last few months this location has disappointed. No meat the first time and today… take out orders only no exceptions.. go to a different location!’ .
