Great neighborhood spot where the food and drinks are always delicious. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We really enjoy sitting outside with a beer here!

Great place to get work done not overly loud. Coffee tastes great and at a great price! Hard to come by!

Finally the antidote to chain coffee shops in the suburbs. This place has a clean yet homey vibe with great coffee. Highly suggest for coffee dates, quiet reading or work on your laptop.

Matcha latte was pretty sweet, plenty of space outside to hang out or be productive, inside is a little distracting but spacious

Modern Brew has been a staple of our neighborhood! They opened at the worst of times right before the pandemic and have fought their way to become the best local bar!! They have the best coffee, drink menu and an amazing seasonal food menu! Not to mention live music and art classes/ farmers market vendors at times. Worth your while to visit over and over again!
