Bidra med feedbackUsually really enjoy the workers here. However one worker likes to tell people not to order because he?s about to go on a break which I find very unprofessional. When I worked in the food industry we would get yelled at for even thinking about saying that to a customer. Again most of the employees are great people but one of them just isn?t doing his job right.
Ordered food on line Friday the 13th of May. My husband went to pick it up and the lady told him she was closed. She stated they closed at 6:30pm. The next day he went back to get he's refund and they refused to give him his refund, they said how do we know you didn't already get your food. My husband called Corporate today and the lady even said the app should not of let you order if the store was still opened. It states your open until 8:00pm. This is horrible customer service. It's horrible that no body will answer the phone. This does not deserve any stars but you have to select a star in order to post the message.
Super disappointed at y'all for letting one poor employee run the whole shop (including dishwashing in the back) by herself. On the plus side she was great, super friendly and cool under the pressure. Either get her some backup or give her a raise (ideally both)
I've gone to two different locations. And order the same thing but yet one will charge me more than the other by 5 to 10 dollars. That is just a rip off. I might as well make my own sandwich at home. Not knocking the employees they work great and we're really good at what they do. It's just the pricing is too much
The gentleman today who worked the lunch rush on 7-8-2022 at about 12:30pm. Bro you had a line about 13 people deep and you handled each order top notch with ZERO help, you were the only one working and handled it. Thank you.
