Top Cut - Center Valley

Excellent from beginning to end. Service was top notch. The food was perfectly prepared. Always a great experience at Top Cut.

The food was delicious despite the small portions. Servers were pleasant, although not excessively personal or friendly. Long wait between the visits of the servers to inquire about drinks and food. The dining room was cold. They wore coats because of the cold temperature.

Always great food and service, but this time I felt that one of the waiting staff was asking us constantly whether we're done. She seemed upset that we were not. The first time this happened. For the amount of money spent, it was a little sticky and dissatisfied.

Love this restaurant! Always the best service and quality food. Staff will leave the way to ensure that your experience you will come back!

Unbelievably fantastic experience at Top Cut. Everything was amazing. The service was impeccable, the ambiance was modern and classy. The menu was not overwhelmingly large. The food was AMAZING. We had the Pate Fois Gras and Bacon Steak to start both were absolutely delicious. For entrees we had the Colorado Lamb Chops and the Dry aged Bone in Ribeye. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and were exquisite. We also had the baked Smoked Gouda and White Cheddar Mac and cheese which was perfect. For dessert we had the carrot cake which was moist and delicious. Great cocktail menu as well. Will definitely return. Highly recommend this steak house
