Even though this is a paradise for meat lovers, I appreciate that the chefs were thoughtful enough to offer 4 vegan options. I chose the Japanese pumpkin as it was a unique choice compared to the usual pasta or salad dishes. It was perfectly baked until the skin was crispy and edible, almost like a cookie. The Cashew cream added a delicious touch to this dish.
