Shake Shack Woodbury Commons

To be honest, I've eaten at other chops and it was good. But today was not the day, first the burger was really dry and my Korean sandwich was not so good to know why they called it Korean style. Then there were the Korean frits that came with one side of the sauce, but my sauce was almost empty when I got it.. I will try again, but not at this point.(Updated 1/19/21 management reached me cause for my assessment and they were really nice and wanted me to give Shake-Hack another try.. And they gave me a $25.00 gift card that was really nice of them. Soooo I will review my score on 3 stars for now until I am able to visit again. Sorry for waiting, but... Good food and attentive service. The restaurant appeared to be a converted home and provided a nice atmosphere for the meal. Edit, 2021-09: Looking through my past reviews, I realize this review got attached to the wrong place. The restaurant's name is Morgan Co.

There’s always a crowd at this location but you never wait long. They always get five stars simply because I love Shake Shack burgers LOL

The food was pretty good, not my favourite fries but not bad, liked the burger. The highlights were the shakes took the 2 special ones and they were soo good!!!

EDIT: I changed the rating to 5 from the original 2 because of the unmatched customer experience I've received. After my feedback, which I don't regard as very negative, the Shake Shack Hospitality Team took the time to reach out and ask for details in order to improve. This to me goes a long way and shows great care and attenton to the brand reputation and customer experience. I wish all restaurants and businesses did that. They went the extra mile and also offered me a gift and asked for my mailing address and when I told them I was visiting, they provided me with a code to avail a $20 discount on my online order. Keep up the good work, you guys definitely get a 5 in my book OLD REVIEW: I expected the burgers to be better and juicier which they weren't. Still decent but not something I would remember
