Big T Bbq - Centralia

Best BBQ I have ever had! The French dip, Meatloaf sandwich and the burgers are all good! Also the sides fries, onion rings and the mushrooms are so good!

Everything was delicious. We got the sampler, which has good portions of the brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken. It easily served 3 people with leftover deliciousness. The pulled pork and brisket sandwiches were raved about by those who were fast enough to get a bite before they were devoured. the beans and chili were delicious too.

Amazing bbq taste. Great service. We usually go to the drive through.

There was a nine month period when I had to deliver in Centralia for my old job. Big T was my go-to lunch spot. I can't speak on the BBQ, but their burgers are amazing! If you like meatloaf, their smoked meatloaf burger is to die for. The only complaint is they don't have indoor seating, but I always ate in my semi anyways.

Took 20 min to get a Brisket sandwich and half a rack of ribs. When asked why it took so long. Was told that the grill was small McDonald's is faster. I ordered Fn BBq. It's pre cooked and ready to serve. Use some seasoning on your meat, You hide it with sauce. Potato salad could only taste pickle.
