Northwest Sausage Deli - Centralia

Love the Prime Rib dip. Used my Rochester football boosters card to get a free 1/2 pound of pepperoni, bought 2 1/2 pounds all together. The jalapeno was my fav, Hot was a close runner-up but you really can't go wrong with Pepper Stick or Teriyaki flavor either though. I'm thinking I gotta try the XXX HOT Next time.....as far as adding a photo...I think this one speaks for itself! Great stop between Seattle and Portland. The very nice waitress recommended the bratwurst which normally I would pass on but this place delivered. The cheese and sauerkraut were delicious on top of a stellar brat. The root beer was good. The potato salad so so. I?d try another side.

Nice, friendly staff work here and will greet you the moment you walk in. The English Style Dark Ale was really good. The tri tip sandwich and potato salad were amazing. I thought the price was fair and I happened to visit during happy hour so $1.00 off on pints. Be sure to take some mild pepperoni sticks home with you. I did! They?re really tasty. Well behaved dogs are welcomed in the back patio.

They were open and friendly service with a vast array of smoked meat selections. Just walking in and you are enveloped in that great smoke scent. The store and restuarant are both clean and inviting. They have a good selection of beers on tap or in the can and go great with the foods offered. I love the smoked cheddar with the smoked turkey on sandwiches and have never went wrong the the beef sticks. Something new to us was the teriyaki summer sausage and I can't wait to cut

Saw this place on DDD. Guy was more impressed with the food than I was. My French dip was good but the wife?s Ruben was just OK. Service was quick and friendly. Food arrived in a timely manner. We had two beers- Irish ale pale ale. They looked and tasted just the same.
