The speed has improved. the quality is still exactly 98 of the time. very friendly faces.
This restaurant was absolutely terrible. The website said it was closed, so we waited at the intercom for service but no one answered. When we called, they told us not to worry about it. They couldn't even add the sum on a machine that does it for them, and they didn't know how to work their headsets because they couldn't hear us or the car in front of us. The staff was very rude and unhelpful to customers. This happened at 11 o'clock on June 18, 2022. It was the worst service we have ever experienced at a fast food or regular restaurant.
I did not receive all of my orders and did not realize until I got home. I called the restaurant and they instructed me to return to the Drive-Thru for them to fix the mistake. I did not receive a receipt when I paid for my order. Upon returning to the restaurant, I was told that there was nothing they could do that night and that I would need to speak with the manager the next day. I paid $43.62 in cash, the correct amount. I understand that they were busy, but I did not receive a total of 6 burritos that I had ordered. I did not receive any resolution that evening after being told to return.
The girl who took our order at the window today is truly the G.O.A.T! She quickly got my favorite dish ready, even though it wasn't something she was used to doing.
