Bidra med feedbackI went to this property to spend a day in the pool and stay overnight. I had difficulty finding the reception (it was inside the restaurant where it also served as a cashier of the same). Once I was found, I waited 15 minutes for someone to come in check-in. Here comes a gentleman, to tell the truth initially very courteous, that accompanies me to the room. All in all was discreet except for a sofa with a very questionable cover and a chair near the desk with old coating, full of hair and dirt. But what didn't convince me was to find hair on the toilet. After having communicated that we would go away not using the structure the expression and attitude of the Lord have changed. I don't want to add anything else.
We book for the lunch of August specifying to have 3 children under 2 years, by phone they tell us only that there is a fixed menu but not that there is a start time of lunch. We arrive at 12 and a half and we ask for seats, the holder tells us and we go to pick them up ourselves, first incorrect. We find very dirty high chairs with food stuck by who knows how long, we clean them ourselves. We ask to be able to order immediately having small children, they tell us that they can be exception for children but for us, the lunch would start just filling the room towards one and a half. Not understanding the reason for this bizarre wedding mode, I kindly ask to be able to anticipate a little for us, among the other only guests present in the hall, and the owner only answers me by turning my back and leaving 9 adults based on such never seen bad education and 3 hungry little children
I visited the facility one evening of August, for Work. For honesty, I have to say that I ate really well. Pleasant, tasty and fresh dishes. However, my experience has been very bad, I explain why: Typically an agriturismo, beyond food, offers fresh air, spacious spaces with trees, plants and animals, beautiful view, friendly and courteous staff, typical furnishings, etc... Well, here is nothing of all this. 1) The location is located in the middle of nowhere, a stone's throw from the exit of the highway of Ceraso, but then you have to climb on fast slopes of narrow and unpaved roads. 2) Although in the mountains the view is bad. From the Balconate you can admire the highway and a basin for the recycle of the water. All around the structure, instead, there are skeletons of buildings under construction, but abandoned. 3) The structure, in itself, is billy. Looks like an open construction site. From the balconies dripping clothes. The pool is very small. The inside very, but very homemade. The furniture is not at all cured. 4) There is no square centimeter of green, all stones and concrete. There are no animals, nor a square meter of cultivation. Trees or flowers are missing. Only a hedge on the fence put there in hope that someone does not look at the panorama.. 5) The staff is very rude. That evening the waiters walked crawling their feet on the ground, they didn't turn if you called them, and when they did they snooped or raised their eyes. 6) From the kitchen it felt screaming continuously, sometimes even very colorful comments from the owner and all the staff. You eat equally well in many other places, more cared for, more accessible, and with more courteous staff, owner in the first place.
Lunch in August of average quality at a price not from agriturismo but from hotels to 5 stars. The thing that didn't go down was that big smile when I told her. Cmq I live 3 km away and I could come back often, but I don't think it will be so.
Quiet farm. Excellent and abundant homemade cuisine. Service available. For those who want to spend a summer evening with a little fresh and quiet
