Tre Levanne - Ceresole reale

Le recensioni precedenti trovo siano completamente fuorvianti. Siamo capitati qui perché molti ristoranti nella zona erano pieni, ma devo dire che abbiamo mangiato bene. Abbiamo preso due antipasti misti e lardo e castagne. La polenta tancia è veramente tipica del luogo e anche se è fatta con formaggio e burro è digeribile e appetitosa. Consiglio di mangiarla almeno in due persone. Poi abbiamo preso la scaloppina al limone. Sembrerebbe un piatto semplice, ma a mio parere pochi sanno come renderlo davvero buono. Ed è il caso di questo ristorante: ottima cottura, carne veramente deliziosa e di ottima qualità. Si scioglieva in bocca e aveva una crema di limone veramente speciale. Il caffè non è molto, ma per il resto direi che vi consiglio di dargli una possibilità. Proprietario gentile e cortese. Approvato.

Siamo andati a pranzo con gli amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo mangiato dei ravioli di polenta e funghi con un tagliere di antipasti. Tutto delizioso e a un prezzo molto conveniente, molto attenti alle normative Covid. Complimenti.
