Poor customer service. we were totally ignored by 2 sales reps

Note to self: NEVER get pants altered at Nordstrom again... Worst experience ever... Bought 7 new pairs of pants for work... needed them altered (since I’m short)... they measured and it looked fine... told me it was free alterations, that didn’t happen... had to pay a pretty penny... picked them up almost a week later, they didn’t even give me all of them... now I’m beginning to wear them only to realize they are almost 1 1/2” too short... I get that may be the style but I’m literally showing my entire sock when I sit down... beyond annoyed, now I just have to make it work!
