Gionino's Pizzeria - CHAGRIN FALLS

The Bainbridge location has consistently messed up our orders, been significantly late with deliveries, and provided inadequate pizzas—like cheese sliding off to one side and arriving lukewarm on several occasions. Most recently, we placed a large order totaling over $100. One of our pizzas was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, so they returned the rest of our food to prepare the other pizza. Our order arrived more than 45 minutes late, and everything was below standard. There are many other pizza places around, and we’ve decided we’re done with this one.

The employees are unfriendly and fail to create a welcoming environment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pizza was phenomenal, but charging a tip off my card when I left none is unforgivable. If you use a card here, double check it!!!

The pizza here is fantastic, and the giant sheet pizza for around twenty bucks is an incredible value. Even better, the sheet pizza tastes just as great as their regular round pies!

I just ordered chicken and JoJo's and I am very disappointed. The leg had a terrible smell, so I tried a different piece, but it was only mediocre. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling very sick afterward. I would not recommend anyone eat here until the health department investigates. Even my dog wouldn't touch it! No joke.
