Las Palmeras - Chalchuapa

We had a great time at this place. I brought a group of family and friends of 25 people and we all had an awesome time. I love that they have clean bathrooms at the entrance and everyone was able to use them after a long ride to get there from the airport. I took them there because of the ferry which is better and bigger than El Faro's right next door. They took our orders for drinks so we could take them on the boat and told us we could take the menus with us and decide what we want to eat while on the boat ride, and they would relay the orders to the restaurant so the food was ready once we got off the boat. We loved this because it optimized our time there. The boat left without someone's drink so they docked back in just for our forgotten drink which was a nice touch and awesome customer service. Another amazing detail came when we saw one of the waiters come to the boat with some drinks riding a jetski! They stopped the boat in the lake and activated the water slide for about 15 minutes so whoever wanted to could go have a swim in the lake. Finally, once we got back to the restaurant, the food was ready. Excellent experience had by all!

When I go to Coatepeque lake I rather like to go to places that are close to the lake edge and this restaurant it 's my favorite 'cause the food is really tasty specially chicken breast and the natural lemonade. The most amazing part of the place is that you can take your meals in a pacific ferry.

This place is gorgeous. Surrounded by water I can assure the drinks and food will hit the spot if you ever here. They even have two sections where its tables on a boat and it separates from the restaurant. They have mini boats and jet skies if you into that. Great place highly recommended.

The food and the views in this place? To die! Great service and drinks. Local rock band played great melodies and everyone had a great time. Do not have any photos of the band, they were done until I made jet ski! Should take more photos. 4x4 Pick-up truck highly suggested! Streets have many potholes and people trying to drive around them, not in the eye on traffic.
