Bidra med feedbackFood is what it is. You want to lock the lobby early, fine. What it comes down to is basic human decency and respect. Customer service in this case. If I arrive before 10pm, when the lobby closes, and the door is already locked with no indication as ofwhy then a little assistance my be needed so I can pick up my order. Should I push the doorbell so you'll unlock the door?Should I knock? Maybe the doorbell doesn't work? Wave? Just wait for you to see me? Tried all of that and noone even glanced inmy direction. Not once. The manager even walked right by the front and acted like I didn't exist. Mind you this is technicallybefore the lobby is supposed to be closed so I'm not sure what's going on. Solution, if you want to lock the lobby early forwhatever reason that's fine. All it takes is 3 seconds for you to look up and acknowledge the customer who wants to give youmoney and at least motion to the drive thru for service. If this were the case I would have kept it in mind next time I orderedand just go through the drive thru. Now I will more than likely take my business elsewhere as it is clear they truly do not careabout the customer.
When they waited 30 minutes for food and it still wasn't right 40 pizza to the rodeo they can't handle it go spend your money somewhere else
The pizza was a complete disaster. I'm incredibly disappointed that there seems to be no real quality control in place! If I could, I would go back in time and choose not to order it!
This is the worst-managed Domino's I’ve ever encountered. The lines are usually terrible, with excessively long wait times. The sign on the door states that the lobby closes at 10 PM, but they often lock the doors much earlier, at their discretion. If you’re fortunate enough to receive your order, it’s rarely prepared according to your specifications.
Opt for takeout if you can; it's always affordable and consistently served hot! Delivery service can be unreliable, often resulting in long wait times and higher prices for a hot pizza. Just a heads up!
