Wendy's - Chambersburg

The food was excellent. They forgot to provide straws, which was a bit inconvenient, but it's not a major issue.

My husband and I visited the drive-thru, and I ordered two small Frosties: one chocolate and one new peppermint flavor. When we reached the window, the server handed me our Frosties. I passed them to my husband and attempted to pay, but she refused the money and said they were complimentary today! I was completely taken aback and pleasantly surprised. This kind of thing rarely happens to us. Thank you, Wendy's on Wayne Ave in Chambersburg—you truly made our day!

The food is amazing! I visited this restaurant three times in one week because their Baconator is incredibly juicy and flavorful. Their signature lemonade is also very tasty and refreshing. However, during my last visit, I noticed some trash on the floor, which is why I’m giving the atmosphere only 2 stars. Overall, everything else is excellent!

The cashier was friendly. They took the order and served us quickly. However the fries were warm not hot the way they were to be. The coffee was warm. Floor was not very clean and the table was dirty. Other than that my experience was pretty good. I willtry it again. I believe that the staff needs more or better training.

I love their fries! The employees are nice and knowledgeable about the menu. The store, including the bathroom, was clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stop again.
