Boltini Lounge - Champaign

I stayed in the King Suite on the 4th floor, and I found the experience quite unsettling. The floor shook as I walked down the hall, which added to my discomfort in the area. There was a police camera set up right outside the front door and across the street, which made me feel uneasy. The walls were very thin, allowing me to hear conversations from the neighboring room quite clearly. The cleanliness left much to be desired, as there was trash in the parking lot. With so many other accommodation options available, I wouldn't recommend this place. While the air conditioning worked, it was quite noisy. The trendy frosted barn door in the bathroom was a nice touch, but the light from the bathroom shone through the door at night when it was on, which could be disruptive. On the plus side, the room was spacious, and there was free parking and breakfast included.

Later, after we went out for dinner and returned, we saw Kiara addressing a group of kids riding scooters in the parking garage. She immediately told them to leave, explaining that they were putting themselves and other guests at risk. Her attentiveness and commitment to safety are certainly admirable.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and bars, and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. Unfortunately, the property is in dire need of maintenance. The shower door wouldn’t slide properly, the bathroom door wouldn’t close at all and remained wide open, the refrigerator didn’t cool effectively, and there was a tear in the carpet. Additionally, the coffee maker was missing the correct pod holder, making it unusable, and the TV was complicated to operate, with no instructions available in the room. The carpets in the hallways were also quite dirty. I don’t typically write reviews, but this hotel seems like a project for a repair person. It falls short of what one would expect from a Hyatt!

The hotel was great. Service was great at the desk and shuttle to the Venue Cu! Only thing needed was early check in…3:00 is too late for 4:00 wedding but we made it work. When I called I was told to call day if stay but honestly we had too many things to do to worry about that.

This place was wonderful I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I was in town for a wedding and this place exceeded my expectations. The customer service was top tier.
