Collective Pour - Champaign

The bartenders are friendly, and the owner has a wealth of knowledge about beer and bourbon. I sampled a few cocktails and enjoyed some half pours of bourbon. Be sure to check out the Weird Meat Boyz food while you're there!

This place is amazing!! I visited the area for a training seminar, and Collective Pour was recommended for a good bourbon. I'm so glad we went! Their bourbon selection is fantastic, and the draft beer options are excellent too. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to buy a bottle of my choice at a reasonable price. I can't say enough about the food—it was outstanding! I hope to return to the area soon.

This is a fantastic spot for unique craft beers and creative cocktails. I was really looking forward to a relaxing Sunday, and I absolutely loved the overall atmosphere of the place. The bartender was exceptionally skilled, and we had our drinks in just three minutes. The prices are fair given the high quality of the cocktails.

I dropped by in the afternoon for a celebratory drink and had the Lavender Sunset cocktail, which was fantastic and beautifully presented. There was a nice mix of locals and tourists, and parking was convenient with a lot right in front. Bartender Elijah did an outstanding job! I'll definitely come back on my next visit to Champaign!

Favorite bar in town hands down. With the food now we just have no reason to go anywhere else. Great beer and whiskey selection. Elijah and Dom are fantastic bartenders and just awesome dudes.Parking: Paid lot right next to the bar, generally not a problem to find a spot.
