Houlihan's - Champaign

Was in town for the 50-year reunification of my mother. We saw this team in action every morning. Very friendly and at the top. The food was excellent and I really appreciate how courteous and welcoming Karla was.

This student restaurant has a calming atmosphere and delicious food. The menu options are limited, but everyone enjoyed their choices. I had the kale spinach salad with salmon and it was incredible. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the salad had crunchy almonds, tangy berries, and a sweet dressing. If you're looking for a satisfying meal, this is the place to go.

Good place to eat. We went one week at night and it was quiet. We had a very tasty and pleasant dinner. My salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My husband's chicken fingers were the best he ever had. Great place to eat near U of I.

Hey there! Let me tell you about the amazing dessert I had at this restaurant. The Ooey Gooey Butter Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream and Ghirardelli Caramel was absolutely delicious. The cake was moist and buttery, and the combination of flavors was a real treat. Even though I'm not a fan of vanilla ice cream, it worked well with the cake. I recommend trying the caramel first so you can truly savor the cake without it overpowering the flavors. Trust me, you won't regret it! I was tempted to lick the plate clean! It's definitely worth trying out.
