K-arirang - Champaign

I had the pork belly ‘bento box’. It was AMAZING. It was enough food to feed two people. The pork belly were perfectly cooked and salty, cut into bite sized pieces. It came with two dipping sauces, one a sweet and seasoned sesame oil and a tangy fermented soybean paste. The dish came with a large portion of sticky rice and miso soup. There were fried pork dumplings, and lots of banchan, including sweet umami fish cakes, seasoned radish salad, a thin sliced red pickled radish, seasoned bean sprou … – show

So this place has changed pretty recently, so I thought it’d be helpful to write a more recent review. The food is authentic and tastes good, but the prices have gone up a lot. The location is really convenient, but if you’re pressed for time, I’d recommend checking out other Korean restaurants

The food was good, I got the kimchi fried rice with meat. It was a good portion size. It was a little more expensive and I probably can’t come back frequently. The meal here was $16 or $17, I don’t exactly remember. It was tasty though!

This is the same place as Kimchi Factory, with 3.2 stars. Large portions of subpar food served in plastic containers. Overpriced and not as good as other Korean places in town.

Most of good reviews were written for the previous owner. I hoped I would like the new Korean restaurant. Bulgogi was actually fine but pricey. Noodles and soups were like instant food.
