Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Champaign

This is the worst Popeyes location I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life! Customer service is terrible! Please stop hiring people who only need money to buy drugs and liquor and make sure they close early enough to go to the club! I don’t even go to this location often but every single time I have, it’s been bad! I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt of maybe if I get another crew or go at a different time, my service would be different. NOPE! Same stuff, different day! I purchased from this establishment last night, and it didn’t even taste like the chicken was seasoned!!! I swear my entire family thought they literally just threw the chicken into grease and served it to us! For Popeyes to cost as much as it do, I believe they can find and hire individuals who WANT to work and care about the quality in which they work! I will never spend my money at this place again! NEVER! May as well close this place and try again.

Ordered a 3piece chicken meal with Mac cheese (because they were out of coleslaw) and dr. Pepper. Got a 2 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy with coke. Your go-to Popeyes if you're looking for chicken omakase. The staff are extremely rude as well. You'd think I showed up on their porch begging for food. Geez.

Long wait. Unavailable items. Some staff had no sense of urgency considering the rush. Warm fries. Didn't ask for spicy but it was fresh. Need area/region-wide corporate trainings! I bit the biscuit!

Probably the most ghetto Popeye's I've ever been to in my life! When I first got there, they rudely stated that they were only accepting cash payments. I went down the street to get cash, only to come back and I was able to use my card. I wasn't asked if I wanted any type of sauce. I waited in my car for more than the 10 minutes that I was told it would take to make the spicy chicken that I ordered but did not end up getting after all. They gave me my chicken in boxes without a bag. I walked in to request the sauces that I was never offered, and when I walked in there I was met by three women who were working none of which greeted me or even offered to assist.Fast forward to 2 days ago, I figured they might have just been having a bad day. But no, once again they were only accepting cash payments. Once again it was stated very rudely. No greeting either through the intercom or even when you walk in. It just seems like everybody there hates their job. I am so glad I don't live in this town. I love Popeyes and this is the only one here.
