This is the place to buy and have your bike serviced. Great service and they have a great selection of accessories. So nice to have a place that carries a good selection of bikes and accessories including high end stuff. Also they do a great job of talking care of adjustments and quick services (Like swapping out tires) without an appointment.

My family has been going to Trailhead ever since we moved to the area in '16. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with on buying, trading in and service on the bikes when I can 't do it myself. They do a nice job of asking what you want and need before making recommendations on what to buy. They usually have multiple options to pick from. I 've looked for a few items that they did not have in store but they helped find them either at there other location or ordered it one off and delivered to the store. They also have a bike group that rides out of the store and has options for all skill levels.

My experience with Trailhead was both unusual and rewarding. I live out of state, but my sister, who has a mental disability, lives in the Twin Cities area. Her 3-wheel bike is a valued possession and because of flat tires was not able to use it for a long time. Staff at her group home did not have a vehicle to transport the bike to a repair shop. I found Trailhead on the internet and called to see if they made service calls. They don't usually, but when I explained the situation was told they would go to my sister's residence and determine what needed to be done. They took two wheels back to the shop, made the necessary repairs and brought them back to reassemble. Trailhead charged a minimal amount for parts and labor, but didn't charge for the service calls. I thought this a remarkable experience that should be shared with viewers.

THIS SHOP RULES! I stopped in on a whim and ended up buying some stuff for my bike. They offered to install my new purchases so I brought my bike in. We discovered my derailer was damaged during travel and they dropped everything they were doing to repair it right away so I could go on my planned ride. I can't Thank these guys/gals enough for what they did. Will definitely be back!

Got a flat tire on a beautiful day and I brought my bike in and they got fixed up in less than 10 min and were extremely friendly! Amazing service and I will definitely be back.
