This was my first visit, and unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed. We waited 20 minutes at our table before anyone acknowledged us. After that, our server vanished, and we had to ask another staff member for assistance. We ordered some of the specials and fries, but the food tasted like it had been cooked in grease that was at least 40 days old. I was hoping to find a nice local place for food and drinks, but I won't be returning.

I had an outstanding breakfast and the service was fantastic! The historical atmosphere was truly remarkable. This place is bursting with character, although it might not offer the utmost in comfort. I really wished I could have lingered for a conversation! I'm definitely looking forward to returning!

This isn't your usual bar food. I tried the cauliflower pizza, and it was cooked to perfection. My friends ordered the shrimp salad and the cheese curds, and they loved theirs as well. Food: 5/5
