Wendy's - Chantilly

Fries were cold and saltless, sweet tea tasted like it was mixed with Pepsi, the home style chicken sandwich was flavorless

So I told my husband to get me a salad from wendys. I usually get it from another location and its been always good... but I decided to try this place and its so disappointing I never had any salads like this one before ? I'm pretty sure if I eat this salad it will take me to the hospital!!!! I do not recommend this place!

New in town and this is a great location. It is always busy but line moves fast and employees are very friendly. Food is always hot and fresh.

I should've read the review before eating here. The fries are very brown and squirts oil on every bite. I've worked my share in food service to know they are not using clean oil to fry them. The table, chairs and the floor were all sticky as well. No wonder we were the only ones in dining in at noon lunch time. There are so many fast food options nearby. Don't give this one a try.

The manager was actively working and her customer service was outstanding. I hardly ever review fast food restaurants, but I have to say that they accommodated all my requests for modifications without any issues. The friendly manager even wiped down my soda cup before handing it to me! On top of that, the food was the best fast food I've ever had. The fries were piping hot and the pickles on my sandwich were evenly distributed. It was truly the best fast food experience I've ever had.
