We arrived in the drive-through with one car ahead of us. When it was our turn to order, I was asked to hold on. 6 minutes later I said, hello? and was asked to keep waiting. 7 minutes after that, the people ahead of us hadn’t gotten their food yet, so we knew we wouldn’t get our any time soon and just left. The car behind us left, too. Bummer. Service: 1
