Logis Hôtel Le Cadusia - Chaource

Restaurant where the service has only one obsession, push you to consummate throughout the meal! I keep my free will and I take a burger with a beer. The bread of the burger is much too cooked and the chaource has no taste! I'm trying to catch up with this by taking a cheese plate. Cold and tasteless cheeses for the chaource, not better than a chaource bought in supermarket except that here you will be paid dearly!Review for a meal that everyone could prepare at home with less than ten euro: 15.90€ a hamburger too cooked and without taste 7€ a simple beer of 25cl 7€ three small parts of quality supermarket cheese 3 € a coffee! It's huge!!In a word a scam that ridicules our land and where you mainly aim your money door without worrying about the quality of what you are offering. That's the first place we meet when we get to Chaource. In short, it's too expensive for this meal that never highlighted local products.

This summer we chose the cadusia as a caterer to our marriage. at the beginning it was difficult to understand their menu, their options, which was understood or not in their formula, file not updated, unclear and difficult to have them in the phone. On the other hand, during the wedding weekend, they were able to show great professionalism, very much listened to the brides, to the little cares, server teams to the top and above all very high quality cuisine and patisserie. all our guests complimented us on this choice and we recommend this catererer for wedding or other event.
