Bidra med feedbackOn October 19th of this year, I placed an order online and chose the online payment method and waited for my snack to arrive. The snack was already quite late, as I was busy doing my work I ended up not noticing the delay, but when I did I decided to call the staff on WhatsApp and report what happened, they said there was a problem in the system and my order didn't go in, strange that online payment worked, right? Anyway, I reported what happened and people didn't make much of an issue, nor did they suggest sending the snack another day or refunding the amount. A few days passed and they didn't even call me to see what they could do, a week later I decided to call and they didn't answer me, I thought it was the high demand of the day, but I asked my boyfriend to call him on his WhatsApp and he had return, but I, who had called much earlier, had not received any response. The next day I called again and suggested that they send a snack for the amount that had already been paid, that day I heard back and the snack was sent. What made me very upset was the way they handled it, they didn't seem very interested, not to mention that there was no suggestion to resolve the problem straight away, I HAD TO CALL, I was very indignant with the way they handled the situation.

I loved the burgers! I discovered it through the Gastronomic Tour of Chapecó 2023. I ordered a Double Bacon Salad and Double Caramelized Onion Mozzarella burger. Wonderful! I recommend! It's never ready, I already went to get it there and they hadn't even started doing it, the system was giving an error and the owner had months to fix it. The attendant at the counter is rude, frowning, doesn't say thank you, doesn't say good night, shouldn't work with the public as he doesn't know how to be friendly, doesn't know how to be kind, forgets who pays his salary, he must think it's the boss who pays.
