We are not from this area and are trying the food around here.Work has brought us and a bunch of our friends here. Heard about this place from a friend. Walked in and it was a good environment. There was five of us. Our server was named Brock. He was a fabulous server. Didnt make us wait long, always checked on us, and even told us jokes that made us laugh. Brock is a great example of how a server is supposed to be. He treated us like we have lived here for years. If you eat here please ask for Brock.P.s i tried to leave a review on facebook but didnt have the option!! BROCK IS A BOMB A SERVER

My favorite place in Charles City, Iowa! Comfortable atmosphere inside out, located directly on the Cedar River. Staff is very friendly outstanding service! The food is excellent! Traditional wings Broccoli bites are a favorite of mine! Nice set of pool tables Great music! Go in and give it A Hot Shot, guaranteed to satisfy!

Good food and great place to play pool. Staff was lacking in making sure we had what we needed, never came refilled or even asked if we needed more drinks and had to approach bar for assistance. Being Wheelchair user I found this very inconvenient.
