Brown Dog Deli - Charleston

Friendly and helpful staff. Food was fantastic at a really great price. The retro decor was great as well. Definitely one of my favorite places in Charleston so far.

Love this place, but last time I went they had switched to a new model. Instead of seating you first and taking your order later, they force you to make your choice from the extensive menu at the host station and place your order there. This can result in lines way out the door and feels stressful. I far prefer the more traditional model and will definitely go a lot less frequently as long as they keep this up. Five stars if it weren't for this.

Felt like I was back in college. Food was very good and the atmosphere was very 80's. Lots of stuff to visually peruse while you nom. Thumbs up!

This place is a must-go if you're in the mood for some amazing sandwiches! The bread is always fresh and the ingredients are top-notch. I definitely recommend the roast beef sandwich with Havarti cheese. Mmm!

The vegan breakfast sandwich is the best I've ever had. Scone was fantastic too! Fun decor and vibe. Pinned to maps to visit every time we're in town.
