Happy Ours - Charleston

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I have to say our bartender, David, provided excellent service—he was exceptionally attentive to our needs. The food was decent, and the overall atmosphere was typical for a bar. However, I was quite disappointed with the smoking situation. It's 2021, and it’s not enjoyable to have your meal surrounded by smoke. In fact, I’d say it’s among the worst for smoke in the area. I'm a smoker myself, and even I found it hard to breathe. If you need a gas mask, then this place might be just fine for you. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the billiards tables; they were very well-maintained. However, we’ll likely choose a different spot next time we’re in town.

No one served us; we had to wait on ourselves the entire time, even having to go to the bar to settle our bill.

This neighborhood bar attracts a steady crowd of regulars until about 7 PM. They serve excellent cocktails and have a great selection of cold beers.

The experience was great but the pool tables need new felt

The smell was aweful... it does not have good ventilation..we just smelled cigarette smoke. No fans on. We were greeted and told we didn't have membership and are not able to purchase membership since it's after 10pm and that no food would be served since they closed the kitchen already. It just stated private club on the door no further details.
