Jade Hibachi Grill - Charleston

Ordered delivery via Uber eats. We had ordered 1 steak hibachi platter and one vegetable platter. They claim it was teriyaki but my steak had no seasoning at all. The meat wasn’t bad but lacked flavor. Only a very small portion or veggies. My daughter’s vegetable platter had a decent amount of veggies but all over cooked mushy broccoli and carrots is no good!! . We also ordered 4 extra white sauces $0.50 ea to go with the 2 that are supposed to come with platter but only received 5….we both agreed we wouldn’t eat there again.

There is no chance that the current rating of this restaurant represents what you will receive. We got the hibachi basics; a steak plate, and a chicken plate. They were out of basically everything else we wanted to order even though they offered a limited menu. I have never met a more overcooked chicken dish in my entire life. This was to the level of obscene, and I can only refer to the dish as animal abuse. The steak was similar to stew meat since it was chewy and tough on every single bite. If anything else, I would fire the chef. The vegetables were a big tub of grease. They may have low prices, but the low prices make sense. I wouldn't pay half of what we did.

Just tried this restaurant a few days ago after seeing a few popular TikTok's. Highly recommend you try if you haven't already.

I’ve ordered food from here many times. I looove hibachi so this place is a favorite of mine. The food will always have me coming back.

I’m from Hollywood FL and love hibachi in general and eat religiously hands downs this is the best hibachi I’ve ever had so far
