Pizza Hut - Charleston

I stay at a hotel in South Carolina for work (I'm originally from Michigan), so I don't have access to a kitchen. Fast food becomes tiresome after a while, and there are times when I just don't feel like going out. I ended up ordering from this restaurant twice a week! The online ordering process was quick and easy, and the delivery times were impressively prompt, even during rush hour. The delivery drivers were also polite and friendly. Thank you!

Unfortunately, our breadsticks were undercooked. However, when we called, the customer service was outstanding! They promptly issued an automatic refund for our order. Their eagerness to resolve the issue really impressed me, so I would rate them 4 stars.

I ordered pizza from this restaurant on two different occasions, and both times the delivery was quick and friendly. The pizza is consistently excellent and offered at a great price! I placed my orders online, so I can't comment on their phone or in-person service.
