My favorite restaurant in Charleston after two visits. Of the dishes I have tried, I don't thinknm there is a bad thing on the menu. Of the mains, I have had the scallops over risotto and pork osso bucco. Both times I had to stop myself from licking the plate clean. Each component of the dishes worked together so well. Fried banana bread pudding was fantatsic. Service is excellent as well, attentive and knowledgeable without being intrusive. My one complaint is the noise. The first visit, I sat at the bar near the door and it was deafening. For context, I play drums in a metal band and it was overwhelming. It wasn't bad the second visit in a booth near the back, but a little sound treatment would go a long way in improving the ambiance.

Anything less than a 5* is a lie Presentation, taste, flavor well balanced, great service Don't look any further for the BEST RESTAURANT IN THE REGION

Wow! I hate going to strip malls. This place breaks the mold. Step inside to a fine dining establishment. The hostess was very gracious in finding a spot for us being from out of town and not having a reservation. Our waitress Kara came by right away and explained the specials and got our drinks right quick. The Apps, The Entrees and Dessert were phenomenal. The beer I had with my Apps was awesome and only eclipsed by the Argentinian Red blend that matched my Cherry Glazed Chop to perfection. One last shout out to Kara who definitely knows how to take a joke!

I don't even know what to say about this experience except... WOW! We had the pleasure of sampling many of the dishes and they were all spectacular. The service was phenomenal and the atmosphere is a simple yet elegant approach to modern fine dining. I might come back to Charleston, WV just to eat here again (and again, and again).

1010 did it again. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at 1010 during restaurant week in Charleston WV. We have been regulars at 1010 now for over a year. It’s getting harder to get reservations because of their popularity. I don’t mind though it’s well worth the effort. Service is too notch. Melissa our waitress always does a great job. The food quality, presentation and variety is spot on. Keep up the great work 1010 family!
