Subway - Charleston

The food reminded me of Subway. The overall experience was... intriguing. I felt a bit confused about my order, as well as what was happening with the customers ahead of me. One of our orders was incorrect, and despite us pointing it out repeatedly, the staff member just moved the line along without addressing it. It was a rather odd situation.

The food was tasty, and the service was satisfactory. However, the staff preparing the sandwiches were not very welcoming.

I visited the restaurant late last night and was warmly greeted with laughter. Two young ladies named Liz and Eisha were there, and they truly made the experience enjoyable for everyone. They were well-liked, as they had everyone from nurses and doctors to police officers having a great time. The sandwiches they prepared for my family and me were amazing. Liz, in particular, was an exceptional sandwich artist, and her skills were definitely the highlight of our meal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with delicious sandwiches and fantastic customer service.

Love customer service. I was recognized right away. The restaurant was very clean. The bread was baked for perfection, soft and fluffy. The spices were very fresh.

Great food as usual! My current favorite is the sweet onion-teriyaki chicken. Add only Mayo and a hint of salt and pepper. Yummy!
