Domino's Pizza - Charlestown

I ordered a dominos pizza 11 months ago and it was disgusting. I decided today to give them another try. A thin crust supreme with anchovies. I like a thin crust..yes! This was like a thin piece of cardboard with a topping that was of indefinable taste except for the anchovies. Disgusted again ....there will be no third chance.

I ordered pizza online for pickup, but when I arrived within the designated time frame, the pizza was not ready. The staff seemed unconcerned about the customer experience, as they were more focused on their own conversation. When our pizza was finally ready, there was no apology given. Instead, they just told us the total, placed the pizza on the counter, and walked away.

I started ordering from this store recently after moving to the area. My previous local store were great, providing excellent quality service. Unfortunately my experience with this store has been consistently poor. My most recent experience saw my delivery taking over 90 minutes to arrive (despite estimating 25) and only after 2 follow up calls. After all of that, staff barely offered up an apology and nothing more. I will not be returning to this store.

I had my doubts about ordering from this restaurant due to the negative reviews I had read, but I ended up having a really good experience. The staff was helpful over the phone, the pizza was tasty, and it was delivered on time to the party venue.
