The staff is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. The coffee is great, but the omelet was unusual. Typically, they should add the ingredients while the eggs are still raw, but it seems they added them later. It wasn't to my taste, so I wouldn't order it again. Food rating: 3/5.

The menu has some excellent options, but I found it to be quite misleading. Under the lunch and dinner sections, they offer steak and eggs, and just below that, there's an option to turn it into a three-course meal for an additional $399. However, the steak and eggs listed under dinner doesn’t qualify for the three-course option, which is quite confusing. I really dislike misleading advertising. The food itself was great, but the overall situation left a bad impression.

If you visit this restaurant, I highly recommend the Southwest Avocado Omelet! It was amazing! This is the only Bob Evans I've been to, and I was not disappointed. I also tried the banana pecan pancakes, and they were just as delicious as they sound! The location was very clean, and the parking was not crowded at all, especially for a Tuesday around 2 PM. I can imagine how busy it gets on a Sunday morning! I plan to come here more often, as everything on the menu looked mouthwatering. I ate quite a bit today, but there’s always tomorrow! They also have some great gifts for sale at the entrance; I really liked the chocolate brownie candle. The staff was super friendly and welcomed us right away. They were also helpful with the checkout process when we finished our meal.

My daughter and my granddaughter brought me to the late breakfast and celebrated my 79th birthday. the waitress was exceptional, extremely polite and knowledgeable in the menu. what bob evans strongly recommended. I've been in the country for decades.

I rec2ntly discovered Bob Evans. My wife and I have visited once before for breakfast and everything was delicious. However my last visit was a complete disaster.Before I oredered the chicken fried steak, however they were 'out, of chicken fried steak on this occasion. I opted for the the sirloin steak on this occasion and it was absolutely deplorable. Chewy, too rare (I ordered medium) and overall tasteless. I sent the steak back and ordered the Honey Butter Chicken. This was a bad decision. The Chicken tasted nothing like Chicken. It was rubbery. I could barely cut threw it with a knife and my teeth were no match for this odd texture meat .
