Burger King - Charlotte

I'll tell you one to two things! - The service sucks? always an attitude, but never get milkshakes in confused??? McDonalds Jr!

Yea only in the evil hood of Charlotte is found in an argument about what I ORDERED!!! The half-wit screwed the order up, I just corrected it, I ordered one of their combos. He then puts 1 burger from the dollar menu, on the screen and asks if everything on the screen is correct.... I politely said no.... I ordered a combo. Then he starts yelling at me to order the same food I had ordered before. When he is done to his adoration, he extinguishes the screen, AND ASKS ME TO REORDER....I have complained, but know the garbage that works there, I knew it to be useless. GOTTA WALK RESULTS

The restaurant has a roach problem with both actual bugs and some employees. However, not all employees are discouraged as there is a young lady who is always polite, young, and respectful. The rest of the staff is lacking in customer service. Burger King management should address these issues.

The place has definitely improved since the last time I visited. It appears much cleaner, the staff is respectful and friendly, and my burger was delicious. I was very impressed.

I ordered online to pick up at the window. I get my order and all the food was cold, plus the drink was wrong. I drove all the way back and told them the situation. I waited 3 minutes. They then gave me a new order which again was still cold. I waited another 3 minutes for them to give me over heated up burnt food. I can't even eat it and I lost my lunch break to find another place to eat. 1 star because I had no choice
