Charlotte Hibachi Grill

Not what I was expecting for a Japanese steak house. Three apps came out last and were cold. They were VERY large portions, just wished it was hot. The shrimp was a bit over cooked. Sushi was ok. Soup..... never had it like that before, not a fan, not hot either, it was warm. The hot tea was hot. The place looked clean, the staff was friendly.

I was just in this location and witnessed one of the cooks wipe his sweaty head with his bare hands and then took Rice that was in a pressure cooker, dump it into a large container that had other rice in it, he then proceeded to use the same bare hand to reach into the rice pressure cooker and remove the remaining rice into the container. I told the guy at the register and he acted like he wasn't concerned about it. This will be the last time I come back to this establishment.

Manager told me he was going to block my number because I picked up my food late, horrible customer service, doesn’t know how to handle business, very RUDE

Good no frills grill. Appears a little questionable on the outside, but inside its clean and the food and service is consistently good. Very reasonable price point.

Everything I order is always wrong whether I call or order online food is amazingly good but the service sucks. I ordered online they made my order wrong had me wait another 40 mins for a shrimp tempura I couldn’t even get it had to go back to work
